Club Open Blitz Tournament Aug 2024

We had 24 players at our latest Open Blitz tournament including many non club members. It was played over 6 rounds at 5 + 3 (five minutes for each player plus three second increment per move).

There was a large variation in player strength, but as usual the Swiss pairing system does a great job of pairing people with the same (or nearly the same) points after each round.

Thanks to our Tournament Officer Daniel and our ECF Arbiter Thomas for their excellent running of the event.
